PBS&J — Todd Kenner has been appointed national service director for business development for the Miami-based planning, engineering and construction management firm. He is an executive vice president for the firm and also serves as west regional director.
Nationwide Financial Services — Mark Thresher has been appointed president and chief financial officer of the Columbus, Ohio-based savings and retirement firm, effective in May. Thresher, currently senior vice president and chief financial officer of the firm, will replace the retiring Joseph Gasper.
Tripod Data Systems — Bill Martin has been appointed president of the Corvallis, Ore.-based developer of mobile computing hardware and software. Previously, he was the director of sales and marketing for the company.
HNTB — Tony Gonzales has joined the Kansas City, Mo.-based architecture, engineering and construction management firm as vice president and director of the firm’s Los Angeles architecture practice. Previously, he was president and CEO of Santa Monica, Calif.-based ACG Environments, an architecture, engineering and construction management firm.
