The Quick Intruder Deadbolt (QID) classroom lock is designed to exceed safe school government standards (FEMA-428/BIPS-07). The device works as a classroom lock for everyday use, but it also features the ability to instantly deadbolt a classroom door with the push of a single red button. A visual indicator lets teachers know that the door is secured by the QID deadbolt and that the outside lever is locked.
