Arts Plaza
The Lafayette College Arts Plaza is a public arts space located on the site of a formerly abandoned building within the post-industrial landscape of Pennsylvania. Designed by Spillman Farmer Architects, the Arts Plaza is the culmination of a multi-phase urban redevelopment program undertaken by Lafayette College - an example of a very successful “town and gown” relationship that benefited the local community and allowed the college to expand. The plaza recently won an American Institute of Architects, Pa., award.
