Nominations are now open for American City & County’s Exemplary Public Servants of the Year and Crown Communities Awards. These annual awards recognize communities and individuals for their accomplishments. Governments that complete a project with long-term implications are eligible for our America’s Crown Communities Awards. Individual leadership is recognized in our Exemplary Public Servant of the Year awards, which combines our past Municipal Leader of the Year, Public Works Leader of the Year and County Leader of the Year awards.

For exemplary leaders: Has a public official or leader in your community gone above and beyond the call of duty and meaningfully impacted your community over the past year? Then nominate them for American City & County‘s Exemplary Public Servant of the Year Awards! The winners will be profiled on our site. Nominations are open until Oct. 18, 2021. Learn about eligibility for the Exemplary Public Servant of the Year Awards here.

For exemplary community projects: Has your city or county completed a project in the last 18 months that you believe is worthy of recognition? Then nominate it for American City & County‘s Crown Communities Awards! The winners will be profiled on our site. Nominations are open until Nov. 8, 2021.
