Financial website WalletHub has ranked the best and worst cities to find a job. The site analyzed the 150 largest cities (by population) and ranked them across two dimensions, “Job Market” and “Socioeconomic Environment.” WalletHub analysts relied on the following and other statistics categories:
Time spent working and commuting
Number of job opportunities
The site used data from the following sources to compile the ranking. U.S. Census Bureau, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Council for Community and Economic Research, Indeed, and the Center for Neighborhood Technology.
