Webinar: Mobile technologies that extend government services to the field
Government officials and employees are in their communities every day, organizing events, on patrol, meeting with residents in their homes, and more. Many use mobile technologies to stay connected to staff and information back at the office. New enterprise mobility tools are available to further equip mobile workforces, and a webinar tomorrow, during the State & Local Government Summit, will explain what they are and how they work.
An expert from Microsoft’s State & Local Government team will present a session titled, “Here, There, and Everywhere: Enabling Government Workers through Mobile Technology.” During the 45-minute webinar, attendees will learn how they can better serve their communities, empower their field employees and extend government services outside city hall with mobile devices.
The webinar, which will be held from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. EST on Oct. 11, is part of the State & Local Government Summit, a one-day online conference that includes six education sessions and a virtual exhibit hall.
