Leadership Isn’t for Cowards
2:30 – 5:30 p.m.
The path to courageous leadership has six components. These six steps ensure effective execution and progress in your journey. It takes real courage to stand firm in what you believe and then to get your followers to understand what really matters and how to execute effectively. This session focuses on:
- the three most important steps you will ever take
- the power of commitment
- why followers follow you
Monday, August 29
Leadership Isn’t for Cowards (continued)
10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
The second day focuses on your ability to influence your followers, which is key to every step of creating significant results. Another key element is the power of commitment. If we fail to do the things that are most important and if we can’t manage the deluge of information that comes at us every day, we will drown in the chaos and fail as leaders. To avoid this, the elements of today’s session are:
- what your followers do, really do, when you are not around
- the primary motivators
- three things every leader can do to ensure their failure
- six actionable steps that will ensure effective execution
Attendance is limited to 25 people. Registration is $50, including lunch on day two.
