Bill Fleming
Bill Fleming has joined Madison, Ind.-based LED lighting manufacturer Grote Industries as the company’s aftermarket western regional manager. Previously, Fleming was national sales and marketing manager for Atlanta-based NAPA Auto & Truck Parts. During his 20 years at NAPA, Fleming also held positions in sales support, marketing development, business development of national accounts, heavy-duty business development and product management.
Eric Thornburg
Eric Thornburg, president and CEO of Clinton, Conn.-based Connecticut Water, has been named president of the Washington-based National Association of Water Companies. Thornburg has been president of Connecticut Water since 2006. Connecticut Water serves more than 300,000 customers in 55 towns. Thornburg holds a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. He serves on the Madison Board of Police Commissioners and the Connecticut Business and Industry Association.
