The Junior bag dispenser weighs 7 pounds, has a 400-bag capacity and contains a portion of recycled material. The hanging bags fit all major brands of hanging bag dispensers. The litter pickup bags are made with recycled content and may be recycled. When discarded, the bags break down by oxidation, causing them to flake and fragment into small pieces and then biodegrade.
