Roberta Thuman, administrative assistant/public information officer for Nags Head, N.C., took this photo of local artist Barry Lee stands with three trash cans painted by other Nags Head artists as part of the OBCan project, which Lee founded last summer. Managed by the Dare County Arts Council and the town of Nags Head, OBCan uses painted trash cans to encourage recycling and keeping the beaches clean.
