The Model 4500 rock picker/screener will prepare a perfect seedbed by screening the existing soil, according to the manufacturer. The unit can screen topsoil up to 4 inches deep and remove all of the rock, roots, existing vegetation and sod. The 4500 has a 5-foot screening width and a 1-yard hopper. The low-maintenance machine boasts solid steel loading paddles, no hoist or rollover chains and only three bearings.
