New resources and an improved appearance are among the improvements that the Washington-based ICMA has made to its LGEAN Web site. LGEAN provides environmental management, planning, funding and regulatory resources, as well as the latest news from the EPA.
Features currently available on LGEAN include information on $3 million in grant money available through EPA’s Community Action for a Renewed Environment program; the CUPSS drinking water and wastewater utilities asset management tool; and a link to EPA’s Natural Disasters and Weather Emergencies Web site.
Along with the Web site, officials can receive information on environmental management any time by calling 1-877-865-4326.
