Greensboro, N.C., is inviting its residents to view President-elect Barack Obama’s inauguration on Jan. 20 at the city’s Central Library. “The library is a shining example of democracy in our community — as demonstrated in our commitment to equality of service and intellectual freedom,” said Library Director Sandy Neerman in a statement. “I can’t think of a better place for the community to gather for this event.”
