Hansen 8.1 government-specific enterprise software is available in an enhanced version that, according to its manufacturer, expands upon its existing search and document-management capabilities to aid in asset management, customer service management and billing. Specific improvements include: expanded search options to narrow search results; the option for users to attach documents to Hansen system records for quick reference; tools to more efficiently track inspection results and respond to service requests; and billing functions integrated with the Hansen Cashiering program, so users can search for and pay bills more efficiently.
