Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Association — Dave Angelo, vice president for Kansas City, Kan.-based Fairbanks Morse Pump, has been named chairman of the Washington-based trade association.
BI Inc. — Bruce Thacher, president and chief operating officer for the Boulder, Colo.-based company, has been named chief executive officer.
Urban Engineers — George Willis, vice president and manager for the Philadelphia-based firm’s Erie, Pa., affiliates, has been named senior vice president.
The Sokolis Group — Steven Fowler has joined the Warrington, Pa.-based fuel management consulting firm as executive vice president for the newly formed Merchant Services Division. Previously, he was vice president for business development for South Portland, Maine-based Wright Express.
CDM — Richard Fox, president of the Cambridge, Mass.-based engineering firm, has been named chief executive officer.
