Miller Ground Breaking — Jeff Larson has been named president of the Savannah, Ga.-based division of Miller International, an England-based construction equipment manufacturer. Previously, he was director of Schiller Park, Ill.-based Carraro North America.

Zep — Joe O’Brien has been named president of the East Division of the Atlanta-based cleaning and maintenance supply producer. Previously, he was vice president of sales and marketing for Miami-based Atlas Paper Mills.

Dialogic Communication Corp. — Bob Peter has been named vice president of sales for the Franklin, Tenn.-based company. Previously, he was director of business development for Indianapolis-based Sigma Communications.
