Purchasing Manager of the Year: Barbara R. Johnson
Johnson participated on a team that created a vendor-validation process for the Columbus Regional Airport Authority and led the team that developed and implemented the process. She also created and distributed a procurement-status tracking report to enable users to check on the status of purchases that do not go through the agency electronic-approval process.
