USGBC re-launches conference Web site
The Washington-based U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) has re-launched its Greenbuild365 Web portal, www.greenbuild365.org, with increased educational offerings, podcasts and resources. Plenaries and master speaker presentations from USGBC's Annual Greenbuild Conference & Expo also are available on the new site.
The site also includes a course catalog, and case studies and best practices presented in short videos, podcasts and articles. "The green building movement offers an unprecedented opportunity to respond to the most important challenges of our time, including global climate change, dependence on non-sustainable and expensive sources of energy and threats to human health," said USGBC Senior Vice President of Research & Education Peter Templeton in a statement.
