Ohio Department of Transportation — Jolene Molitoris has been named assistant director. Previously, she was chairwoman of the Ohio Rail Development Commission.

MACTEC — Deborah Barsotti, Mid-Atlantic regional operations manager for the Alpharetta, Ga.-based company, has been named vice president for the Mid-Atlantic region.

CONTECH Construction Products — Michael Rafi has joined the West Chester, Ohio-based company as senior vice president. Previously, he was vice president for Oshkosh, Wis.-based OshKosh Corp.

Propex — Woody McGee, an executive consultant for New York-based Cerberus Capital Management, has been named interim president of the Chattanooga, Tenn.-based company.

North Las Vegas — Joseph Forti, acting police chief, has been appointed to the position permanently.
