American Public Works Association — Larry Frevert, national program director for public works for Omaha, Neb.-based HDR, has been named president of the Kansas City, Mo.-based association.
EMCOR Group — Michael Shelton, vice president for the Norwalk, Conn.-based engineering company, has been named president for the Government Services division.
Cannon Design — Gerald Williams has joined the Grand Island, N.Y.-based architectural firm as vice president. Previously, he was a project manager for Kansas City, Mo.-based Burns & McDonnell.
Kennedy/Jenks Consultants — Fred Goldman, a principal for the San Francisco-based consulting firm, has been named vice president.
