The Prince William County, Va., Service Authority has launched a quarterly print and video newsletter to update residents about the authority’s drinking water and water reclamation services. “The Pipeline,” produced in-house by the department’s communications team, launched this spring with articles and video segments describing efforts to clean up the Chesapeake Bay and repair leaky wastewater pipes. The fall issue includes articles about the authority’s efforts to improve energy efficiency in its buildings and other “green” initiatives.
