The Reston, Va.-based American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) is offering a directory of members who are willing to help emergency response efforts, from bridge collapses to hurricanes.
The Reston, Va.-based American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) is offering a directory of members who are willing to help emergency response efforts, from bridge collapses to hurricanes. ASCE’s volunteers also are available to help government agencies plan for emergencies.
