Ericka Davis, a forensic photographer for the Harris County, Texas, Medical Examiner’s Office, took this photo of the Washington Monument in March. Davis visited D.C. to take a photography course at the FBI academy and found some time to take a “pretty” picture — a far cry from her typical routine.
