Plastic Safety Systems

The Navigator Tube has a roping-off mount for traffic and pedestrian control and can hold up to two bands of 4″ reflective sheeting. Manufactured with a molded handle, the unit can be used with signs or warning lights. It is available in 28″, 36″, 39″ and 42″ heights. Bases are available in 8-, 10-, 12- and 18-lb. weights. Featuring a break-away design, the tube can be easily placed in or picked-up from a truck bed.

Remote device

Information Display

Remote scheduling technology is available for the company’s line of SpeedCheck speed signs. With a Palm-manufactured handheld device, users can schedule up to eight function changes each day, such as when the sign will operate and the speed at which a warning message will flash for passing drivers. In addition, the technology can be used to automatically turn on or off a sign’s traffic data collection features, which record information such as date, time and vehicle speed.

Pipe

HOBAS

The company manufactures a line of pressure and non-pressure pipes ranging in size from 18″ to 110″ in diameter. The polymer mortar pipes are centrifugally cast, fiberglass reinforced and have a thin-wall construction. They can be used for direct bury, sliplining, microtunneling and above-ground installation. The pipes are corrosion-resistant and feature hydraulics for flow capacity.

Piping system

Asahi/America

The Duo-Pro is a system of dual-contained polypropylene, PVDF and Halar piping systems with sizes up to 20″ in diameter. The system allows users to mix and match carrier and containment pipes in different materials. It also includes the company’s Dogbone fitting, which provides a safe transition from double containment to single wall systems, locks the inner pipe to the outer pipe for stress control and restrains thermal expansion forces. The system can be welded onsite, and leak detection cables can be installed.

Profile Products

Terra Tubes are fiber filtration tubes that are designed to reduce hydraulic energy and trap, filter and treat runoff loaded with sediment. Constructed of wood fiber composite, man-made fibers and performance-enhancing polymers, the units are enclosed in heavy-duty knitted tubes. Terra Tubes are available as a polymer delivery system or as stand-alone fiber tubes for a variety of applications, such as slope interruption devices, channel flow checks, drain inlet protection and perimeter sediment control.

Filter

Miller-Leaman

The Turbo-Disc Filter systems feature a pump on a stainless steel skid, while an onboard controller monitors differential pressure across the system. The controller triggers an automatic backwash when the system is dirty without interrupting the downstream flow. A quick-release band clamp on the filter lid provides access to maintain disc cartridge.

Recording systems

ASC

The Marathon Evolution and EVOip are recording systems for public safety dispatchers and can be used with analog and digital voice networks. The Marathon Evolution Version 7.0 includes a centralized visual alarm system. The EVOip allows users to record encrypted calls for proprietary Cisco and AVAYA systems and can be integrated with added IP vendors.
