Butler County, Ohio, has contracted with Rochester, N.Y.-based Pictometry to provide aerial photo data for county agencies.

Dane County, Wis., has contracted with Madison, Wis.-based National Survey & Engineering to survey and map parcels in the town of Maple Bluff.

McFarland, Wis., has contracted with Brookfield, Wis.-based R.A. Smith & Associates to plan future growth on the town’s east side. Hartland, Wis., also has contracted with the company to prepare an outdoor recreation plan. Caledonia, Wis., has contracted with the company to create a tax incremental financing district.

Garland, Texas, has contracted with Fairfax, Va.-based Dewberry to develop a debris management plan.

Alameda, Calif., has contracted with San Diego-based Ninyo & Moore to perform a geotechnical evaluation and assessment of the site of the city’s sewer replacement project.

Little Rock, Ark., has contracted with Milwaukee-based Johnson Controls to develop and maintain a methane gas recovery system at the city’s landfill.

The Montana Department of Natural Resources has contracted with Orlando, Fla.-based PBS&J to modernize the state’s floodplain maps.

Wausau, Wis.-based Linetec, a paint manufacturing company, has been named the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year by a panel of business, government, education and business media leaders.

Monroe County, N.Y., has received the Outstanding Call Center of the Year award from the Washington-based E9-11 Institute for its leadership in integrating new systems, implementing new technology and educating the public.

Greensboro, N.C.’s government access channel, Cable Channel 13, has received two Telly Awards for video production from the New York-based awards program for its “Inside Greensboro” program that highlights current events and issues in the city.

The Stamford, Conn., Water Pollution Control Authority and Denver-based CH2M HILL have received the Grand Award for Engineering Excellence from the Middletown, Conn.-based American Council of Engineering Companies of Connecticut for the $105 million upgrade of Stamford’s Water Pollution Control Facility.

Sacramento, Calif.-based Capital Network Solutions has been named State and Local Government Partner of the Year by Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Citrix Systems.

Evanston, Ill., has purchased land management computer software from San Ramon, Calif.-based Accela to track permitting and regulatory activities.
