National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering — William Dee, president and CEO of White Plains, N.Y.-based Malcolm Pirnie, has been named chairman of the board for the locally based organization that promotes minority representation in engineering and technology fields.
Intermodal Association of North America — Frank Sonzala, executive vice president of San Antonio, Texas-based Pressure Systems International, has been elected chairman of the Calverton, Md.-based association.
Urban Engineers — Robert Wright has joined the Philadelphia-based company as vice president and director of the Municipal Engineering Practice. Previously, he was Philadelphia’s chief engineer and surveyor.
