Drive-On Wash Rack Blasts Dirt From Trucks, Equipment
Cyclonator Containerized Wash Rack System removes mud and debris from trucks and heavy equipment, while reclaiming wash water to prevent groundwater contamination. Filters used water to ensure compliance with environmental standards and the Clean Water Act enacted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Stand-alone steel structure (8 by 8 by 20 ft.) includes closed-loop wash rack system. Can be set up outdoors in less than 1 day. Allows permanent placement at site or can be moved to various locations via flatbed trailer. Operates year-round, even in temperatures down to -10° F. All-weather enclosure features infrared heater, fluorescent lighting, circuit breaker panel, and security door to protect equipment. External, above-ground wash rack, made of steel, measures 18 by 24 ft. User can drive wheeled or tracked vehicles (weighing up to 80,00 lbs.) directly onto rack. System’s 4,000-p.s.i. pressure washer and 80-g.p.m. water cannon then blast dirt and grime from vehicle or equipment. In turn, wash water travels from rack trough or sump into a closed-loop filtration system, within containerized structure. Automatic sludge conveyor and self-dumping hopper filter water for weeks, before requiring routine maintenance. Riveer Environmental, South Haven, MI
