Gary Layda, photographer for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville, Tenn., took this photo of the decorated tree in front of the Historic Courthouse for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. The Norway spruce, which stands more than 30 feet tall, was lit Dec. 2 at a ceremony in the Court of Flags at downtown’s Riverfront Park.
