Officials with the Wyoming Department of Homeland Security are sanguine about a 38.4 percent drop in federal grant funding. Pointing to the fact that other major metropolitan areas lost even more, the director of the state agency says they did “quite well,” according to the Wyoming Tribune-Eagle.
