Streetcars and trolleys may roll again on the streets of Los Angeles if officials heed the advice in a study expected to be released this week.
The Community Redevelopment Agency says streetcars have been successfully reintroduced in other major cities and could help relieve congestion in the ever-growing downtown area, according to the Los Angeles Times.
