Discount Hotel Rates for Federal Travelers
For federal government travelers, there are significant differences between the FedRooms rate, a rate offered under the government-sponsored hotel program, and unmanaged “government” rates. The FedRooms rate is guaranteed to be at or below per diem. The program ensures that travelers may cancel a reservation until 4 p.m. on the day of arrival without penalty, and will not be charged for checking out in advance of their check-out date.
