Land Tamer II, an amphibious Remote Access Vehicle (RAV), serves as an all-terrain vehicle (ATV), tractor, boat, or snow coach. Travels over a variety of terrain, including steep mountains, swamps, snow, or open water. Ideal for applications such as search and rescue, disaster relief, military missions, weed and mosquito control, recreational tours, surveying, or utility jobs. Comes in 6- or 8-wheel models. The 8 by 8 model offers seating for up to 10 passengers or maximum cargo capacity of 3,800 lbs. (on land). Includes carrying racks and hitch receiver. Standard version features 80-hp. gasoline engine and 3-speed automatic transmission. Also available in heavy-duty Industrial model, which boasts 60-hp., turbo-diesel engine with hydrostatic/gear drive system.
