This week's winner is Clinton Bailey, Engineering Services Manager for the San Angelo, Texas, Public Works Department. The aerial photo shows the city’s visitor center, which was constructed as a result of a collaborative effort of the Texas Department of Transportation, the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce/Convention & Visitors Bureau and the San Angelo Health Foundation. Completed in 2004, the project provides office and meeting space for the foundation and the Chamber of Commerce as well as certain public meeting facilities. Bailey took the low-level aerial photo from a radio-controlled helicopter that he uses in his business, Aeropixx Aerial Photography.
