Digital Diagnostic Assistant integrates Eaton MD3000 software for repairing vehicle engines, transmissions, brakes, and refrigeration problems. Works through Panasonic Toughbook, a wireless, notebook/tablet-sized computer that weighs about 50% less than traditional laptop computers. Known as the virtual truck technician, software can monitor several truck components simultaneously, retrieves and clears fault codes, and exports data for further analysis. Collects and displays information as a Vehicle Service Report, which can be e-mailed, saved as text, or printed.
