Prefinished, precast concrete building components are cast as 1 piece in high-tolerance, machined-steel forms with prefitted options for plumbing, electrical fixtures, data ports, doors, windows, and more. Finished, fire-resistant units stack side by side to form floor, wall, and roof systems for correctional buildings, classrooms, residence hall/student housing, hotels, bathrooms, stairs towers, and elevator towers. Guard tower module system (shown) stacks 10-ft.-tall sections in a 12-ft.-by-12-ft. shaft constructed as high as 80 ft., cast from machined-ridged-steel molds for tight tolerances without seams and in choice of exterior architectural finishes.
