This week’s winner is Allison Perry, coordinator for the Lynn, Mass., Office of Economic & Community Development, whose photo was submitted by Communities Facility Manager John Moberger. The fall photo depicts a wild turkey meandering past a blue and gold city welcome sign surrounded by colorful mums. The nearby Lynn Woods Reservation — a 2,200-acre reservation owned and operated by the city — houses a large population of wild turkeys, many of which like to cross the highway near the welcome sign.
