New York City and State have announced plans to allocate $1 billion over the next 10 years to build subsidized housing and provide treatment services for the mentally ill and other groups that likely could become homeless.
New York City and State have announced plans to allocate $1 billion over the next 10 years to build subsidized housing and provide treatment services for the mentally ill and other groups that likely could become homeless.
