A federal judge has ordered that for the November elections, Georgia voters will not be required to show a photo ID, as required by a new state law. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the plaintiffs — including the Common Cause of Georgia, the ACLU and the NAACP — argued that the ID requirement “unduly burdens the right to vote” and “constitutes a poll tax.” Atlanta Journal-Constitution
