Philadelphia Mayor John Street has announced the city’s $10 million plan to end homelessness within the next 10 years.
Philadelphia Mayor John Street has announced the city’s $10 million plan to end homelessness within the next 10 years. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the plan does not involve creating new agencies, and instead focuses on better coordination of current services, 600 new subsidized housing units and 100 additional beds for the chronic homeless.
