In a case brought on behalf of three Sacramento parents and their children, a federal judge has ruled that reciting the Pledge of Allegiance in public schools is unconstitutional. According to CNN, the judge ordered that the pledge no longer be said at the schools attended by the children. The ruling will not affect other schools unless affirmed by a higher court. CNN
