On Tuesday, the U.S. Census Bureau released a report containing income, poverty rate and health insurance data. According to the report, median household income and the percentage of citizens without health insurance remained stable between 2003 and 2004, while the poverty rate rose from 12.5 percent to 12.7 percent.
