Detroit has joined Marquette as the second city in Michigan to impose a work site smoking ban.
Detroit has joined Marquette as the second city in Michigan to impose a work site smoking ban. According to the Detroit Free Press, the law requires smokers to stand 15 feet away from a building’s entrance and that 70 percent of city hotel rooms must be smoke free. Detroit Free Press
