Two bills — one in the House and one in the Senate — have been introduced in Congress to counter balance the recent Supreme Court ruling on Kelo v. New London.
Two bills — one in the House and one in the Senate — have been introduced in Congress to counter balance the recent Supreme Court ruling on Kelo v. New London. According to the National Association of Counties, the Senate bill would prevent state and local governments from receiving federal funds if they used eminent domain for economic development purposes.
