Before handling hazardous chemicals, don protective suit
Hazard-Gard I garments protect employees who clean up biohazards or environmental spills, handle caustic chemicals, or perform hazardous waste remediation. Meet ASTM standards for resisting blood-borne pathogens, as well as hazardous liquid chemicals such as acetone, methanol, sulfuric acid, toluene, and others. Made from nonwoven fabric. Outer layers are laminated with 1.3-mil polyethylene film, which resists splash and spray from many hazardous liquids and dry particulates. Middle layer consists of abrasion-resistant polypropylene. Cloth-like interior feels comfortable against wearers skin. Available with serged or bound seams, although no seams appear on front of garment (the primary area exposed to chemical splashes). Select from 3 styles of coveralls or suits, some with hood, boots, and elastic around wrist and ankle areas. All styles come in gray color, with zipper front and storm flap. Sizes range from medium to 4 extra large.
