PD 30 Laser Range Meter measures distances, rooms, or inaccessible heights from 2 ins. to 600 ft. with accuracy of 1/16 in. Simply turn it on, point laser at the target, and press the button. Pull-out spike measures accurately from inside corners. Built-in bubble level aids horizontal measurements. Calculates distances, areas, and volumes, and adds and subtracts measurements, in less than sec. Results given in ins., eighths, and sixteenths of an in., ft., yds., m., mm., and in cu. yds. for concrete pours. Stores last 3 calculations on screen. Pocket-sized housing is dust and water resistant and protected with rubber caps at each end. Takes up to 15,000 measurements on 1 set of standard alkaline batteries. Optional PDA 81 Rechargeable Battery System with NiMH batteries and charger takes up to 10,000 measurements on full charge, and 200 measurements on 15-min. charge from wall outlet or car cigarette lighter.
