Compared to square cuts, circular holes reduce amount of material removed from road by 21% or more. Wont loosen compaction of surrounding road, plus eliminates corner cuts into existing surface. Each blade cuts 400 holes in asphalt, or 300 holes in reinforced concrete and asphalt. Can make 60 cuts in 8 hrs., penetrating 20 ins. deep at 2 ins. per min. Runs on 108-hp. diesel engine.
