In an unusual piece of zoning, the Charlotte, N.C., has approved the Prostitution Exclusion Zone. According to The Charlotte Observer, prostitutes and johns will be prohibited from entering the now crime-ridden zone beginning June 1 and will be fined for trespassing if caught in the area.
