Seattle City Council approves boulevard proposal
In spite of the fact a new $1.8 million project to improve Mercer Street in Seattle, will not improve traffic, the City Council voted 8-1 for the plan.
In spite of the fact a new $1.8 million project to improve Mercer Street in Seattle, will not improve traffic, the City Council voted 8-1 for the plan.
