The Washington, D.C.-based National Association of Counties (NACo) is tracking two cases in federal court that challenge eminent domain.
The Washington, D.C.-based National Association of Counties (NACo) is tracking two cases in federal court that challenge eminent domain. The first case, Kelo v. City of New London, will be considered by the Supreme Court. The second case, Cuno v.
