Arapahoe County, Colo., residents have recalled the county clerk, who spent much of the last couple of years battling a series of allegations that “ranged from mismanagement to exchanging sexually explicit e-mails with a deputy clerk,” according to The Associated Press (AP). More than 87 percent of the voters in Tuesday’s election supported the removal of Tracy Baker, according to the AP.
